To provide efficient installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support for mining and Construction machinery .
Attend services at site and to reach site.
Prepare detailed service reports, visit reports, and failure analysis.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely closure.
Provide on-site technical support and operator guidance
Submit report to Service Manager after reaching office from site.
Key Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Good understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Willingness to travel and work at remote mining sites in Gujarat
