Job Summary
CAMFiN Global Academy is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Admin cum Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in academic counseling, administration, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, administrative capabilities, and confidence in presenting videos to support the organization's branding and student engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Academic Counseling & Admissions
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in enquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
- Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.
Administration & Office Coordination
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the branch.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, attendance records, and other administrative files.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and management for smooth branch operations.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with organizational procedures.
Lead Management & CRM
- Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
- Track leads, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to counseling and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding lead status and branch performance.
Additional Responsibility – Video Presentation
- Confidently present and appear in promotional, informational, and educational videos as required by the organization.
- Represent the institution professionally in video presentations, student interactions, events, and promotional activities.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives by participating in video shoots aimed at increasing brand visibility and audience engagement.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Administration, Telecalling, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
- Good computer proficiency, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Confidence and willingness to appear in videos and speak on camera.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the education, training, or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
