Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to provide personalized styling advice and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their fashion needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations.
- Assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and footwear based on their style, body type, and occasion.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and product knowledge.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent fashion knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹11,809.82 - ₹45,000.00 per month
