We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who knows how to turn paid media into real business growth. If you enjoy finding winning campaigns, scaling them fast, and using data + creativity to unlock growth, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Own and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels
Manage and optimize ₹15–30L daily ad spends with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth
Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, creative testing, and market trends
Work closely with creative teams to build high-converting ad angles and improve performance
Experiment with new channels, funnels, and acquisition strategies to unlock scalable growth
Track campaign performance, analyze data, and make fast decisions to improve efficiency
Requirements-
1-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Strong experience in scaling D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-tech businesses
Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business outcomes
Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and funnel optimization
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where ownership matters

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
