Customer Care Executive - BPO

What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional online customer support through chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer interactions and information are meticulously recorded.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Strong chatting skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Any Bachelor's Graduate degree.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning, day, and overnight shifts).
