Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closures within defined TAT.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles within defined TAT
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
- Support onboarding coordination when required
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and screening techniques
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions within tight timelines (TAT)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
