Job Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Executive & Coordinator to manage front desk operations and effectively handle parents and students during peak evening hours. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and a calm, problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reception & Visitor Handling
- Welcome parents, students, and visitors professionally
- Ensure reception area is neat and presentable
2. Parent & Student Coordination
- Handle inquiries related to admissions, fees, batches, and schedules
- Guide parents and students with accurate information
- Resolve basic concerns and escalate when required
- Maintain a polite and helpful approach at all times.
3. Communication Handling
- Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Respond to messages and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate communication between parents, students, and faculty.
4. Administrative Support
- Assist in admission process and documentation.
- Maintain student data and records.
- Support batch scheduling and updates.
- Help management with daily coordination tasks.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Patient, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks during busy hours

- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
- Experience in front desk / customer service / education preferred

- ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
