KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for FRAMEON Modern Cinemas’ post-production and VFX services. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with film producers, production houses, advertising agencies, brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers. 3. Pitch the studio’s services including editing, DI/color grading, VFX, Dolby Atmos mixing, mastering, and post-production finishing. 4. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure. 5. Work closely with internal technical teams to prepare project presentations, quotations, and service estimates. 6. Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients and nurture relationships for repeat business opportunities. 7. Track and manage leads, client communications, and project opportunities using structured reporting systems. 8. Achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 9. Represent FRAMEON Modern Cinemas in client meetings, industry networking events, and professional gatherings. 10. Continuously research the market to identify new production houses, agencies, brands, and content creators who may require post-production services.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition • Experience working with production houses, advertising agencies, media companies, or creative studios is preferred • Strong understanding of the film, advertising, or digital content ecosystem • Proven experience in generating leads and closing service-based deals • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-driven and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
