We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive (Accounts) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely collection of dues while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to remind them of pending payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate suitable payment arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update account information regularly.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service and Sales, to resolve billing-related issues and disputes.
- Monitor customer payment patterns and identify potential risks of delayed or non-payment.
- Generate and maintain reports on collection activities and account status for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while achieving collection targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
