We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM professional from the real estate / builder industry who will be responsible for managing customer relationships from booking till possession, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-sales customer relationship management.
- Act as single point of contact for customers after booking.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams.
- Maintain customer database and records in CRM software.
- Handle agreement to possession process.
- Track payment schedules and follow up for dues.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
- Send construction updates and project communications.
- Assist in home loan documentation coordination (if required).
- Manage customer meetings and site visit coordination post booking.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate documentation and processes.
- CRM software handling experience.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up ability.
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge preferred.
