Job Responsibilities
- Perform biometric enrollment, verification, and data capture accurately.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of biometric devices.
- Maintain records and ensure data accuracy.
- Visit client locations when required for enrollment and support.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
