Job Responsibilities :- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls regarding tour packages.
Explain tour details, pricing, and travel options to customers.
Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Maintain customer records, booking details, and payment status.
Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and customers for smooth operations.
Assist in daily office administration tasks. Manage WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
Prepare basic reports and maintain office files.
Requirements :- Good communication skills (Tamil and basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email).
