1. Welding and fabrication of LT electrical panels, enclosures, and structures
2. Reading fabrication drawings and following dimensions accurately
3. Performing MIG/ARC welding for panel frames and sheet metal parts
4. Grinding, finishing, and ensuring smooth weld joints
5. Maintaining welding equipment and tools properly
6. Following safety procedures (PPE, earthing, fire prevention)
7. Supporting fabrication and assembly teams
8. Ensuring work quality as per production standards
9. Assisting in panel modification or repair works when required
