Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dance Teacher to join our school team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting regular dance classes for Early Years and Primary students, ensuring progressive skill development and fostering creativity, confidence, and expression through movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular dance classes for Early Years and Primary grade students
- Design and implement progressive lesson plans that build skills over time
- Follow the school’s curriculum and align dance instruction accordingly
- Choreograph and prepare students for school events, annual days, and performances
- Encourage student participation, creativity, and confidence
- Maintain discipline while creating a fun and engaging learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with staff for interdisciplinary activities and school programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience (preferably in a school setting)
- Strong foundation in one or more dance forms (e.g., classical, contemporary, western, etc.)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work with young children (Early Years & Primary)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or degree in Dance or Performing Arts
- Experience in choreographing for school events and stage performances

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
