Role Overview We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our real estate sales operations and drive revenue. The primary focus is aggressively converting leads, closing high-value property deals, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Close Deals: Take direct ownership of high-priority leads and negotiate complex property transactions.
- Lead the Team: Manage, motivate, and set strict targets for sales executives to ensure revenue goals are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage the Pipeline: Oversee lead qualification, track team performance via CRM, and optimize the entire sales funnel from inquiry to site visit to closure.
- Market Strategy: Analyze local market trends and collaborate with marketing to position our projects competitively.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 5–7 years of aggressive sales experience, with at least 3+ years in real estate leadership.
- Skills: A natural closer with exceptional negotiation and communication skills (fluent in Hindi and English).
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable using CRMs and digital lead management tools to track metrics.
