Job Summary:
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) professional is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication, data management, and retention strategies. The role involves handling customer interactions, analyzing customer behavior, and working closely with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sales support
- Maintain regular communication with customers via calls, emails, and messages
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and professionally
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain service quality standards
- Update, maintain, and analyze customer data in the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for seamless customer experience
- Track customer interactions and maintain proper documentation of all activities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer engagement and performance
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements in services and processes
- Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty strategies
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve them
- Assist in planning and executing customer engagement campaigns
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
