We are looking for a Technical Specialist – Animal Health & Nutrition to support our growth across South Asia. In this highly visible customer-facing role, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial awareness to help customers unlock value, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate adoption of biosolutions in poultry production systems.
As our Technical Specialist, you will serve as the technical expert for Animal BioSolutions across South Asia. Working closely with customers, nutritionists, veterinarians, feed mill teams, channel partners, and commercial colleagues, you will translate scientific knowledge into practical solutions that create measurable business value.
Your impact will include:
- Leading technical discussions with nutritionists, feed mill teams, veterinarians, and poultry integrators.
- Demonstrating the value of enzyme and probiotic solutions to customers and partners.
- Designing, executing, and analyzing field trials and proof-of-concept projects.
- Translating trial results into compelling business cases that support commercial adoption.
- Supporting Account Managers with customer engagement, solution positioning, and deal closure activities.
- Delivering technical training programs for customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Developing technical presentations, case studies, value calculators, and customer-facing materials.
- Providing market intelligence, technical insights, and competitive analysis to support business growth.
- Collaborating with commercial, marketing, and innovation teams to strengthen customer value propositions.
- Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or a related discipline.
- 7–15 years of relevant experience within Animal Health & Nutrition.
- Strong expertise in poultry nutrition and feed formulation.
- Deep knowledge of feed enzymes, probiotics, and feed mill operations.
- Experience conducting technical services activities, field trials, and customer-facing technical support.
- Proven ability to interpret technical data and communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.
