We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Manage stock displays and assist with inventory checks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Age: 18–40 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
