Job Summary: Servokon Systems Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to support business growth through outbound and inbound calling activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, and offerings professionally.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular customer communication.
Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM handling.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude with sales-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Hindi communication mandatory; basic English preferred.
Qualification: Graduate can apply.
Candidates with telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred.
Preferred Industry: Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, B2B Sales, or Service Industry.
