Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive store displays.
- Handle billing, exchanges, and basic inventory management.
- Keep the store organized, clean, and well-presented at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience (footwear, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
- Good communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays.
