Experience : 2-5 Years
Education : B.Com, M.Com, or Inter-CA/Inter-CWA
Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime along with strong MS Excel skills.
Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our daily financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing cash flows, ensuring statutory compliance, and preparing monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and experience with Indian statutory tax requirements (GST/TDS).Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain up-to-date books of accounts and financial records in compliance with company policies.Record daily financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.Maintain accurate documentation, physical/digital filing, and tracking of all financial records.
2. Cash & Banking OperationsManage accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer invoicing and collections).Perform regular bank reconciliations and oversee daily cash handling.Maintain and reconcile petty cash and general expense records.
3. Payroll & ComplianceProcess monthly employee salaries, including statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, etc.).Assist in the accurate preparation, filing, and reporting of GST and TDS.Coordinate closely with external auditors during annual audits and ensure internal compliance
.4. Reporting & MISPrepare monthly financial statements and Management Information System (MIS) reports to support leadership decisions.Education: B.Com, M.Com, or Inter-CA/Inter-CWA.Experience: e.g., 2–5 years of core accounting experience.Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime along with strong MS Excel skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
