US IT Recruiter – W-2 & US Citizens Hiring
We are seeking a skilled and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with a strong understanding of W-2 hiring, US Citizens, and other work-authorized candidates. The recruiter will be responsible for quickly identifying, screening, qualifying, and closing top IT talent for multiple client requirements across the United States.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment, managing multiple job orders simultaneously, and delivering qualified candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for various client requirements across the United States.
- Handle W2 IT recruitment for full-time and contract positions, with a strong focus on candidates who are US citizens and other authorized-to-work candidates, in accordance with applicable employment and immigration requirements.
- Quickly respond to new job requirements and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet urgent and time-sensitive hiring needs.
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements, required skills, experience levels, certifications, location, work arrangements, and hiring preferences.
- Source candidates through leading job boards and professional platforms, including Dice, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, TechFetch, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to evaluate candidates' technical background, communication skills, availability, location, work authorization, compensation expectations, and overall fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, submissions, interview schedules, follow-ups, and hiring status in the ATS.
- Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, interview processes, and hiring expectations.
- Submit highly qualified candidates to clients promptly while maintaining candidate quality and accuracy.
- Follow up consistently with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Schedule interviews, collect interview feedback, address candidate concerns, and coordinate next steps through offer and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a strong database and pipeline of qualified US IT professionals for current and future requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication for future opportunities.
- Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and effectively close candidates on job offers.
- Track recruitment metrics, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements to meet individual and team hiring targets.
- Ensure recruitment activities and candidate documentation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
