Visit and promote University, Schools, and Programs to identified target groups such as schools, education fairs, conferences, prospective students, and parents to generate leads.
Achieve weekly visit targets as defined by the management.
Achieve assigned lead generation, lead conversion, and admission targets for key courses and programs.
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive and effective target visit plan for sourcing leads and admissions in identified courses and schools.
Conduct impactful program presentations and promotional visits and submit daily visit and activity reports in the prescribed format.
Organize and execute defined promotional activities in coordination with the Marketing team.
Liaise with Marketing to ensure availability of promotional collaterals such as films, videos, brochures, booklets, and other materials.
Coordinate with academic Schools to facilitate live campus/school visits, interactions with Deans, faculty members, and students where required.
Collect, analyze, and report ongoing competitive intelligence and market feedback to bridge information gaps and support strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or reporting systems.
Manage and actively contribute to the institution's social media platforms, including content planning, creation, and scheduling across channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
Develop engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos) to promote institutional events, programs, and initiatives.
