Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with around 5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing background, who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client requirements across industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
- Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities

Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals
- Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong networking and relationship management skills

Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm
- Exposure to hiring across industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Gems & Jewellery, etc.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
