Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic recruiter with around 5 years of experience, preferably from a consultancy/staffing background, who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple client requirements across industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions

Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), LinkedIn, references, and other channels

Perform Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques to identify quality candidates

Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role requirements

Coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates
-
Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients to ensure closures

Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs

Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of recruitment activities
Key Skills Required:

Strong expertise in sourcing and headhunting

Hands-on experience with Boolean search, Xray searches and job portals

Good understanding of ATS like Keka, Zoho Hire etc.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong networking and relationship management skills
Preferred Background:

Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm

Exposure to hiring across industries like BPO, Manufacturing, Gems & Jewellery, etc.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR is a plus)
