Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Cashier cum Account Executive to manage daily cash transactions and support accounting operations. The role involves handling receipts, maintaining financial records, and assisting in basic accounting functions to ensure smooth financial processes.
Skills Required:-
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in Tally / ERP software
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:-
Cash Handling
- Receive and process cash, cheque, UPI, and card payments
- Maintain daily cash book and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Handle petty cash and track daily expenses
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies
Accounting & Finance
- Generate invoices, receipts, and payment entries
- Maintain sales and purchase records
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable
- Pass journal entries in Tally/ERP systems
- Support bank reconciliation statements
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Assist auditors during internal/external audits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Cash management: 2 years (Required)
- Tally: 2 years (Required)
