Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to MNCs and SMEs for lead generation and relationship building.
- Initiate cold calls and cold visits to identify and engage IT procurement decision-makers.
- Understand and assess IT requirements from corporate clients.
- Present Plutus Ventures’ product and solution portfolio customized to the client’s needs.
- Conduct thorough account mapping to identify potential demand and growth opportunities.
- Generate sales requirements and align OEM partnerships for tailored product pitches.
- Coordinate closely with OEMs for technical support, specifications, and quoting.
- Prepare and share detailed pricing proposals; follow up for negotiation and closure.
- Strategize and execute monthly sales plans to meet defined targets.
- Close orders efficiently while maintaining post-sale satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM for all client interactions.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Sales Achievement: Deliver 200+ unit sales monthly, scale with increased targets post 6 months.
- Client Acquisition & Engagement: Build strong rapport with procurement heads across corporate clients.
- Solution Selling Excellence: Offer value-driven recommendations leveraging Plutus and OEM collaborations.
- Market Expansion: Establish Plutus Ventures as a preferred IT partner across Mumbai’s corporate sector.
- Strategic Execution: Demonstrate initiative in planning and adjusting sales approaches based on client verticals.
- Account Mapping & Penetration: Deepen wallet share through structured mapping and requirement analysis.

- Laptop Sales Volume - Minimum 200 units/month (first 6 months)
- Corporate Visits - ≥ 20 meetings/week with MNCs/SMEs
- IT Head Engagements -≥ 10 qualified meetings/month
- Cold Outreach - ≥ 50 cold calls/visits/week
- Lead Conversion Rate - ≥ 30% conversion from qualified leads
- Quote Turnaround Time - ≤ 24 hours post-requirement receipt
