Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
- Diagnose VPN/IPSEC issues (Phase 1/Phase 2, NAT-T, ACLs)
- Lead technical troubleshooting calls with customers and vendors
- Open, manage, and drive resolution of vendor escalations
- Build lab environments to replicate and resolve issues
- Interpret and validate device configurations
- Support MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes) activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Tier 1.5 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of routing, switching, and VPN technologies
- Experience working with network vendors and escalations
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
Preferred Certifications
- Fortinet NSE 4
- CCNA / CCNP (or equivalent)
Pay: Up to ₹140,000.00 per month
