About Us
We are building a fast-growing CRM platform (Leads, Subscription, Cases, Invoice & Payments) designed for service-based businesses like Digital Marketing Agencies. We are looking for energetic telecallers who can connect with prospects, qualify leads, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2B clients)
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries
- Explain CRM product features and benefits clearly
- Schedule product demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM
- Handle objections and build customer interest
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Daily Activities
- 80–120 calls per day
- Follow-up with interested leads
- Update lead status in CRM
- Coordinate with sales/demo team
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus)
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
