Job Description:
- Hands-on maintenance experience on Vacuum Furnaces and PID Controllers.
- Experienced in Delta Drives (VFDs) installation, troubleshooting, and parameter setting.
- Expertise in maintenance of DMG 3-Axis & 5-Axis CNC Machines.
- Hands-on experience with BFW 3-Axis CNC Machines.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of HAAS 3-Axis & 4-Axis CNC Machines.
- Experienced in Spinner CNC Turn-Mill Centers.
- Maintenance of ACE CNC Machines, Jyoti VMC/5-Axis Machines, Micromatic Grinding Machines, and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Strong technical knowledge of DOL Starters, Star-Delta Starters, and Forward-Reverse Starter Circuits.
- Extensive experience in electrical troubleshooting of CNC, VMC, SPM, and Grinding Machines.
- Skilled in Servo Drive replacement, Servo Motor Battery replacement, and Drive Battery/Fan replacement.
- Hands-on experience in ATC (Automatic Tool Changer) recovery for DMG, BFW, and VTL machines.
- Proficient in PLC panel wiring and contactor/relay logic wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret CNC machine ladder diagrams.
- Skilled in preparing and understanding electrical wiring diagrams.
- Experienced in reading CNC, VMC, and HMC machine manuals for effective troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in VFD commissioning, parameter setting, and PID controller tuning.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of CNC and industrial machinery.
