Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for converting leads, promoting our retrofit kits and training programs, and maintaining strong relationships with potential customers across India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers (individuals, mechanics, institutions, training partners).
- Understand customer needs and promote suitable EV retrofit solutions or training programs.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer queries confidently.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, social media, events, or inbound calls.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to schedule demonstrations or follow-ups.
- Educate customers on government policies, cost savings, and environmental benefits of retrofitting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
- 1+ years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or inside sales (EV or automotive sector preferred).
- Excellent communication in English and Tamil (other South Indian languages are a plus).
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of EVs or willingness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
