Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to ₹30,000)
About the Role
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for an energetic and customer-focused HR & Enquiry Management Executive to manage recruitment activities while ensuring prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries across all communication channels. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for converting enquiries into successful business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, social media, website, and walk-in customers.
- Respond quickly to enquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and delivery teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer database, and follow-up schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Support daily administrative and office operations when required.
Additional Responsibilities
- Be available to respond to important customer calls and WhatsApp messages after office hours whenever required, especially for urgent or high-value orders.
- During festive seasons or peak business periods, be willing to work additional hours or weekends when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication with customers and team members.
- Ensure every enquiry receives timely follow-up to maximize order conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, smart grooming, and professional behavior.
- Experience in HR, customer service, retail, or sales is an added advantage.
