Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled PeopleSoft Administrator with strong expertise in PeopleSoft environment administration, PeopleTools architecture, and WebLogic Server management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with environment management, deployments, integration troubleshooting, and support activities. Exposure to Java applications and Oracle database concepts is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and support PeopleSoft environments across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production.
- Manage and maintain PeopleTools architecture and environment configurations.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot:
- Application Server
- Process Scheduler
- Web Server (PIA)
- Integration Broker
- Perform environment cloning, refreshes, migrations, and upgrade activities.
- Execute Change Assistant and DPK deployments.
- Support PeopleSoft patching, maintenance, and performance tuning activities.
- Administer and support Oracle WebLogic Server environments.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve application and environment-related issues.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure platform stability.
- Support Java-based applications, integrations, and web services.
Required SkillsPeopleSoft
- Strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Deep understanding of PeopleTools Architecture and Environment Management.

- Environment Cloning & Refresh Activities
WebLogic & Oracle
- Hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server Administration.
- Good understanding of Oracle Database concepts and administration fundamentals.
- Experience in application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Java & Integrations
- Basic to Intermediate Java development knowledge.
- Understanding of Java application architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience supporting Java-based integrations.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
