Job Overview
SeekNEO IT Solutions is looking for a result-oriented PPC Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and improve ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create effective ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Set up conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead and improve ROI.
- Create remarketing and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budgets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Handle multiple client advertising accounts.
- Stay updated with Google Ads and Meta Ads platform changes.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of PPC and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and pixels.
- Strong knowledge of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Google Ads certification is an added advantage.
- Meta Blueprint certification is preferred.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of landing page and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month
