Role Objective:
To identify walk-in and stay guests interested in property investment and connect them to the sales team without delay, ensuring no potential buyer is lost.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Sales Coordination:
- Sit at the sales desk and attend the guests who are showing interest in Investments
- Identify potential buyers and generate interest
- Connect interested guests to Sales Team (Pratibha / Sanjay)
2. Customer Interaction
- Approach guests in a polite and friendly manner.
- Understand if they are interested in buying a property.
- Give basic information about the project in a simple way.
- If the guest is interested, connect them to the Sales Team (Pratibha / Sanjay).
3. Guest Experience Management:
- Ensure guests who are potential buyers are given extra attention.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and internal staff for room readiness and cleanliness.
4. Pre-Arrival Coordination:
- Inform Office Manager and CEO at least 24 hours prior
- Communication via email and phone call
- Share guest details and visit purpose
5. VIP Guest Handling:
- Ensure Chandan Pandey meets key guests during dinner
- Arrange special gestures (cake / arrangements)
- Make sure important guests feel special during their stay.
6. In-Room Branding:
- Ensure tent cards are placed in all rooms
- Monitor availability and placement
7. Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with Sales Team, Housekeeping, Office Manager, and resort staff
- Ensure smooth communication
8. Daily Reporting:
- Share daily updates with Bela Chopda:
- Number of guests interacted
- Interested customers
- Leads shared with sales team
- Any special guest arrangements done
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
