Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on GCP. You will own end-to-end infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability, working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Design and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform (VPC, GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Storage, IAM)
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions) with environment promotion and deployment strategies
Implement secure networking (private VPCs, Cloud Armor, IAP, Load Balancers, API Gateway)
Manage secrets using Secret Manager and enforce secure configuration practices
Set up multi-environment infrastructure (Dev, Staging, Prod) with Terraform workspaces
Maintain Docker images and container lifecycle in Artifact Registry
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Trace)
Ensure data security, compliance, and lifecycle management (backup, archival, deletion)
Monitor AI/LLM workloads for cost, usage, and performance
Create runbooks and support incident response processes
Provide infrastructure guidance during sprint planning and architecture reviews
Requirements
3–6 years in DevOps / Platform Engineering with strong GCP experience
Expertise in Terraform (modular IaC, remote state, environment isolation)
Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch
Strong Docker and containerization knowledge
Deep understanding of GCP security and networking
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
Knowledge of multi-environment and multi-tenant architectures
Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements
Proficiency in Linux and scripting (bash)
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have: Prometheus and Grafana experience, Firebase Hosting or frontend deployment exposure, Experience with AI/LLM workload monitoring, Redis or Firestore experience, On-call tooling (e.g., PagerDuty), Exposure to HIPAA-compliant systems, Multi-cloud experience (AWS/Azure), Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
