Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead with 5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-stack development, cloud technologies, system architecture, and AI application development. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications for our US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications and AI-powered software solutions.
Define technical architecture, development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across projects.
Develop frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express.js/NestJS) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django).
Design and implement RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations, including AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and optimize database design and performance.
Lead cloud deployments using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes where applicable.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor developers through technical guidance and best practices.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, AI Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure application security and scalability.
Participate in project planning, sprint estimations, architecture discussions, and client technical meetings.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to products, processes, and engineering practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development with at least 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js.
Strong backend development experience using Node.js (Express.js/NestJS) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django).
Experience designing scalable software architectures and microservices.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication (JWT, OAuth 2.0), and secure application development.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and database optimization.
Experience using Git, GitHub, GitLab, and collaborative development workflows.
Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
Good understanding of system design, design patterns, caching, scalability, performance optimization, and application security.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, mentoring, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience building AI-powered or Generative AI applications.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with WebSockets, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Sentry.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS products and international clients.
