Summary:
As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with ServiceNow HR Service Management (HR) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our internal clients and employees.
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features and to support automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build observability into our solutions to monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
- Continuously up-skill, learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts within the ServiceNow platform (ATF) to validate ITSM, Experience in Service-now IT Service management(ITSM) module.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow HRSD Domain
- Design and execute automated regression test suites for platform updates, upgrades, and custom application deployments for ITSM module.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and workflows.
- Investigate , triage and Troubleshoot complex, automated, and manual test scenarios.
- Work with developers and product owners in Agile/Scrum to review requirements and update test scenarios.
- Maintain and execute manual testcases, analyse results, log defects to relevant stakeholders and teams in structured manner.
- Good to have knowledge in Service now HRSD module and processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of development experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ATF.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
