Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and empathetic physiotherapist to join our growing team. Whether you're a fresher with a master’s degree or a bachelor’s graduate with hands-on experience, this role will give you the opportunity to deepen your expertise in women’s health and rehab under experienced mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis
- Conduct detailed musculoskeletal and functional assessments.
- Identify root causes and create individualized treatment plans.
- Special focus on women’s health (prenatal, postnatal, pelvic floor, endometriosis, etc.).
2. Therapy Planning & Implementation
- Deliver hands-on physiotherapy, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
- Prescribe clinical rehab plans for strength, mobility, and recovery.
3. Patient Education & Empowerment
- Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, self-care, and recovery tracking.
- Offer emotional support and motivation throughout their wellness journey.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and reports.
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and program improvements.
5. Workshops & Community Programs
- Assist in hosting small group sessions or awareness workshops for women’s wellness.
- Contribute to content for educational videos, blogs, or social media (with guidance).
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT): Freshers welcome (preferably in Women’s Health / Musculoskeletal).
- Bachelors in Physiotherapy (BPT): Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
- Certification in Pilates or pelvic floor rehab is a plus (or willingness to learn).
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi or Regional language is an added advantage)
- A genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and women’s care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
