Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and target-oriented Office-Based Recovery Agent to manage customer follow-ups and overdue payment collections through calls and system coordination. The candidate should have good communication and recovery handling skills with experience in NBFC or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recovery and collection calls for overdue EMI/payments.
- Follow up with customers for pending dues and payment commitments.
- Maintain daily call records and update recovery status in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment updates and escalations.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding amounts and settlements.
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets.
- Ensure professional and ethical recovery practices.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of NBFC recovery/collection process preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections, or telecalling.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, or finance sector preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
