Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales CRE to manage customer interactions, sales inquiries, lead follow-ups, and showroom appointments. The ideal candidate will ensure a premium customer experience while supporting the sales team in achieving dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Manage leads received through website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Schedule showroom visits, product presentations, and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants for seamless customer handling.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups and customer satisfaction calls.
- Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Prepare daily and monthly lead tracking reports.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric attitude and professional appearance.
- Good telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, hospitality, retail, banking, or automobile industry preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
