Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of professional experience in designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and designing visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction across web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and information architecture.
- Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design standards.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
- Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
