Eligibility :
To perform services for hair, skin & weight loss treatments and laser treatment
To maintain hygienic set up in the room and ensure that all equipment’s and items present in the room are clean and fit for use.
Being attentive to Customers at all times.
Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time, explaining the benefits of the service.
Helping customers to complete medical questionnaires so any allergies or health issues are flagged up.
Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitized and cleaned.
Create, Maintain & Update Patient’s Database on a regular basis.
Multitask to ensure smooth Clinic Functioning.
Handle inbound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
Responsible for doing outbound calls (Bundle Calling) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
Responsible for Product Explanation and Upselling & Cross Selling.
Responsible for Feedback, Review and Reference Collection.
Eligibility :
Good Communication Skills
Well Groomed & Presentable.
