Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across multiple businesses. This is a senior role for someone who can own targets, push teams daily, and ensure consistent sales performance through strong execution and discipline.
The person in this role will be responsible for closely monitoring sales teams, identifying performance gaps, improving sales systems, and ensuring that targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets across businesses.
- Closely monitor telecallers, counsellors, and sales staff to ensure strong daily activity and follow-ups.
- Track sales performance and intervene immediately when numbers slip.
- Identify the root cause of weak sales (lead quality, follow-ups, conversion, pricing, marketing alignment, etc.).
- Improve the sales process, lead tracking, follow-up discipline, and reporting systems.
- Conduct daily sales reviews and weekly performance meetings.
- Coordinate with leadership and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.
- Build a high-accountability sales culture and address underperformance firmly.
