We are looking for a confident and motivated Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients/students, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate guidance, and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients/students through phone calls and in-person interactions.
- Understand their needs and provide proper counselling and guidance.
- Handle enquiries and explain services clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, and follow-up details.
- Build positive relationships with clients/students.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth communication.
- Achieve assigned counselling and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Ability to handle calls and follow-ups.
