As a Sales Engineer at Tostem Windows(Channel Partner-Aspire Infraa Solutions), you will be responsible for driving sales in the window and building materials industry, building strong relationships with contractors, architects, and customers, and helping our company grow its presence in the market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for Tostem’s window products.
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the construction and building materials market.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Promote and sell Tostem’s products to B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) clients.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to match their requirements.
- Provide high-level customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle any customer inquiries and concerns, offering timely resolutions.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technological advancements in window and building materials.
- Provide technical information and product presentations to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales progress and provide regular reports on sales activities and market insights.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote Tostem’s products and enhance industry presence.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
