Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads generated through phone calls, website inquiries, social media, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa, immigration, or study abroad options.
- Conduct telephonic and online counseling sessions with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
- Explain services, processes, timelines, documentation requirements, and professional fees.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Build trust with clients through professional and ethical counseling.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
