Position: Hotel Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily maintenance of the hotel, café, and guest facilities.
- Ensure all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and mechanical systems are functioning efficiently.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and AMC service providers.
- Conduct facility inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, assets, and service schedules.
- Manage maintenance budgets, monitor utility consumption, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues to ensure minimal disruption to the guest experience.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping, Front Office, and Operations teams to maintain high facility standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Excellent vendor management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Additional Job Details
- Rotational shifts are mandatory.
- Weekly off will be provided on a rotational basis and will not be scheduled on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business requirements.
