We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Job Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating project activities, optimizing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities across multiple construction projects.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Track project progress and prepare operational reports for management.
- Manage procurement coordination and material availability for projects.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support management in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
