We are looking for a passionate Software Testing Fresher to join our QA team. The candidate will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure quality, performance, and reliability before release.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand software requirements and functional specifications
- Design and execute test cases (manual testing)
- Identify, report, and track bugs using defect tracking tools
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Collaborate with developers and senior testers to resolve issues
- Prepare test reports and documentation
- Learn and follow QA processes and best practices
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing concepts
- Understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Knowledge of Manual Testing techniques
- Basic understanding of Bug Life Cycle
- Familiarity with test case design techniques
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Good to Have (Optional):
- Basic knowledge of Automation Testing (Selenium)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA / Bugzilla
- Knowledge of any programming language (Java / Python)
Pay: ₹430,783.24 - ₹1,721,626.45 per year
