Responsibilities
· Collect different types of data to compile a comprehensive estimation report
· Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users, and drive sales targets.

· Conduct site visits for surveys, feasibility assessments, and technical audits.
· Prepare and submit financial estimates to management
· Maintain records of estimated and actual costs
· Propose alternative, cost-effective solutions (value engineering) without compromising performance.
· Work with contractors to improve cost efficiency
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
· 2–4 years of experience in HVAC sales, estimation, or technical sales roles.
· Proficiency in HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, DX units), heat load calculations, and AutoCAD/estimation software.
· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven ability to close sales deals.
